NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Caboolture Sports Cricket Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 16 April 2026, commencing at 6pm in the clubhouse at Grant Road Sports and Community Centre; 28-44 Grant Road, Morayfield, Qld.
Business to be conducted at the AGM includes:
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM
2. Receive committee reports
3. Receive the audited financial statements of the club
4. Election of Office Bearers (all positions will be declared vacant)

• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
5. Other Business
If you wish to request any other business to be added to the agenda, these must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days prior to the AGM (09 April 2026). Please Note, no business will be taken from the floor.
Copies of committee member nomination forms, proxy forms and requests other business can be downloaded from the CSCC (Forms | Caboolture Cricket) or email operations@caboolturesportscricket.com.au to request a copy.
